模型预测控制技术在碳酸二甲酯生产中的应用

在碳酸二甲酯（DMC）生产中采用模型预测控制技术（MPC），对生产的全过程进行自动控制，实现了DMC生产的自动化，达到了预期的效果。本文介绍了MPC的结构及具体控制方案。投运后，系统稳定、安全可靠，提高了碳酸二甲酯产量和质量。%Dimethyl carbonate (DMC) production uses Model Predictive Control(MPC).
