This paper summarised the several compound with anti-tumor activity, such as D- allose, branched-chain sugar derivatives with aminoalkyl appendages, polysaccharide derivatives, fluorouracil, com-plexes of platinum-glucose, alkylating agents derived from carbohydrates and medicament of photodynamics therapy, as well as research for their synthesis from diacetone-D-glucose.%综述了几种具有抗癌活性的化合物D-阿洛糖、氨烷基支链糖衍生物、多糖衍生物、脲氟嘧啶、铂-葡萄糖复合物、糖基烷化剂和光动力治疗剂等，以及利用双丙酮葡萄糖合成这些抗癌活性物的研究。
