水位骤降下面板堆石坝上游盖重区稳定性分析

     

摘要

混凝土面板堆石坝上游侧常设置铺盖及盖重区,特殊情况下该区产生滑坡将对面板止水结构造成破坏,影响坝体渗透稳定和结构稳定.我国西北地区某混凝土面板堆石坝工程因导流洞事故而造成库水位在56 h内骤降约100 m,坝前下部铺盖与盖重区滑塌,部分面板止水结构破损.为此,利用非圆弧滑动计算方法,对该事故进行模拟计算,结果表明:止水结构的破坏主要是上游铺盖与盖重区在渗流力作用下产生沿面板表面的滑坡,滑动面上碎石等堆渣材料与止水结构产生摩擦所致;面板上铺盖与盖重区滑动范围在高程638.76~680.98 m间,滑坡堆积体以下11 m范围内的止水仍存在破坏可能.在除险加固工程中着重对该险情进行处理,采取了对该盖重区进行渗流控制以及渗流量监测的工程措施,保障该工程安全运行.%CFRD's design basically follows the related experience,blanket and coverage zone would be set on the upstream side of panel in general. Under special circumstance, the landslide's occurrence would cause damage to the panel sealing structure, affecting seepage and structure stability of the dam. A CFRD project in northwest of China was analyzed,due to its related emergency. Water level was rapidly de-creased around 100 m within 56 hours due to diversion tunnel accident,causing the slide of lower blanket as well as the coverage zone and the damage of panel sealing structure. In this paper,simulation of the accident was carried out by using non-circular sliding method,and it found that the damage of sealing structure was caused by the movement of blanket as well as coverage zone under the interaction of percolation force. At the meantime,the sliding range of the deck pavement and coverage zone was between the 638.76-680.98 m elevation,and the seal-ing structure in the 11 m range below the landslide accumulation remained possible.In the reinforcement project,the risk was treated careful-ly. Besides,a series of engineering measures revolving around the seepage control and seepage monitoring of the coverage zone were carried out to ensure safe operation of this project.
