福建省北溪引水工程左干渠综合自动化系统设计

     

摘要

The left main canal of Beixi Water Diversion Project in Fujian Province was constructed and put into operation in early 1980s. The hoists of the sluice stations and gates built along the canal are controlled by local automatic devices with differ-ent automation levels. An integrated automation system with functions of gate control, network video and monitoring, network and broadcast command, data platform and comprehensive management is to be established, aiming at realizing the management mode of "remote control, unmanned monitoring or less men on duty" and enhancing the operation and management levels of the left main canal. The key and difficult points of the system are introduced and explained to provide reference for similar integrated au-tomation system design of channel system.%福建省北溪引水工程左干渠渠系于20世纪80年代初建成通水,渠系沿线各闸站的闸门启闭机采用的是现地电动控制,现地控制设备自动化水平各异。为此,拟通过建立一套包括闸门控制、网络视频监视、网络广播指挥、数据平台及综合管理于一体的渠系综合自动化系统,以实现左干渠“远程控制、无人值班(少人值守)”的管理方式,提高运行管理水平。介绍和阐述了该系统的设计要点和难点,可供类似渠系综合自动化系统设计参考。
