目的：探讨先前曾发生过输卵管异位妊娠的女性在行IVF/ICSI-ET治疗中再次发生输卵管异位妊娠的几率。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月-2014年6月，先前输卵管异位妊娠保守或手术治愈的患者为研究组，正常者为对照组，经IVF/ICSI-ET治疗后妊娠结果和再次发生输卵管妊娠情况比较以及与吸烟的关系。结果两组妊娠率（42.2%vs 53.2%，P>0.05）和妊娠情况（生化、流产、单胎、双胎、三胎、宫角妊娠、卵巢妊娠）比较差异无统计学意义,ET周期中和妊娠中输卵管妊娠的发生率研究组明显高于对照组（3.5%vs 0.5%,8.3%vs 0.8%，P<0.05）；研究组吸烟患者的比例大于对照组（40.0%vs 18.0%，P<0.05），组内比较中，研究组再次发生输卵管妊娠的吸烟患者占75%，几率远远大于不吸烟者。结论先前输卵管妊娠的患者再次发生的几率也高，尤其是吸烟的女性患者，需着重关注输卵管的基础病变，并对于吸烟的高风险人群进行戒烟管理。%Objective To study the previously had tubal ectopic pregnancy women in sexual IVF - ET treatment in the risk of recurrence of tubal ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion The previous tubal pregnancy patients at high risk of recurrence, especially the female patients of smoking, need to focus on the basis of tubal pathological changes, and for the management of people at high risk for smoking cessation of smoking.
