Objective To study the optimal ethanol extraction process of total flavonoids in pyrola xinjiangensis. Methods Single factor and orthogonal design - repeat experiment method were adopted with the change of comprehensive score of total flavonoids and extraction rate as an index to investigate the influence of ethanol concentration (A), particle size (B), extraction time (C) and extraction times (D) for optimizing extraction process. Results B, C, and D factors had the significant effects on content of total flavonoids. Conclusion The optimal ethanol extraction technology of pyrola xinjiangensis was as follows:The concentration of ethanol was 80%;the particle size was 20 mesh;it was extracted thrice and two hours once.%目的:研究新疆鹿蹄草总黄酮的最佳醇提工艺。方法采用单因素和正交设计-重复试验法,以总黄酮含量和浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,考察乙醇浓度(A),粉碎粒度(B),提取时间(C),提取次数(D)对鹿蹄草总黄酮提取的影响。结果 B、C、D因素对鹿蹄草总黄酮含量有极显著影响。结论鹿蹄草总黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺为:选择70%的乙醇,粉碎粒度为20目,提取3次,每次2 h。
