八钢2500m3高炉顶压控制及优化

摘要

The main characteristics and methods of TRT control top pressure system of blast furnace were described in detail. Based on the operation status of top pressure system of 2500m3 BF. at Bayi Steel,this paper pointed out the exis-tence problems and reasons in operation,putted forward an optimal scheme to ensure the stability and reliability of the blast furnace top pressure control.%重点阐述了TRT控制高炉顶压系统的主要特点和控制的基本方法。通过对八钢高炉顶压系统运行现状的分析，指出了当前运行中存在问题、原因，为保证高炉顶压控制的稳定可靠，进行了优化改进。
