库车白杏茎直径和茎液流速日变化及其与环境因子的关系

         

摘要

[ Objective ] This research aimed at exploring the influence of environmental factors on stem diameter, sap flow relative rate for further understanding the relationship between A. vulgaris ' Kuchebaixing' growth and environment through the analyses of the correlation between diurnal variation of stem diameter, sap flow relative rate of Armeniaca vulgaris ' Kuchebaixing' and the environmental factors. [ Method ] Phytalk phytomonitor system produced by PhyTech Company in Israel was used for the automatic collection of the stem diameter, sap flow relative rate of A. vulgaris ' Kuchebaixing' and its environmental factors diurnal variation process and after that, stepwise regression analysis was conducted. [Result] The stem diameter of A. vulgaris ' Kuchebaixing' variation curve was irregular dentate 24 h around the cyclical fluctuation change, the stem diameter variation curve was quite gentle on sunny days, but it changed violently on cloudy and rainy days;Stem diameter change had a positive correlation widi air relative humidity, air temperature, solar radiation and soil water potential, while it had negative correlation with soil temperature and vapor pressure deficit. The sap flow relative rate of A. vulgaris' Kuchebaixing' showed the circadian rhythm, but it waved violently when it was rainy; The sap flow relative rate was positively related to air temperature, relative air humidity and soil temperature, while it was negatively related to solar total radiation, vapor pressure deficit and the wind speed. [Conclusion]The stem diameter diurnal variation of A. vulgaris' Kuchebaixing' was contracting during the daytime and became recovering and expanding during the night. It was closely related to the relative air humidity, air temperature, solar radiation, soil water potential, soil temperature and vapor pressure deficit; The diurnal variation of sap flow relative rate showed a single - peak curve, closely related to air temperature, air relative humidity, soil temperature, solar radiation, vapor pressure deficit, and the wind speed.%[目的]通过对库车白杏(Armeniaca vulgaris‘Kuchebaixing')茎干直径、茎液流速日变化及其与环境因子的关系分析,探讨环境因子对茎干直径和茎液流速变化的影响,为进一步认识库车白杏生长与环境的关系提供科学依据.[方法]利用以色列PhyTech公司生产的Phytalk植物生理生态监控系统对库车白杏的茎干直径、茎液流速及其环境因子日变化过程进行同步自动采集,并采用逐步回归分析方法进行分析.[结果]库车白杏茎直径变化过程曲线呈不规则锯齿状24h左右的周期性波动变化,晴天茎直径变化过程曲线比较平滑,阴天和雨天波动较大;茎直径变化与空气相对湿度、空气温度、太阳总辐射和土壤水势呈线性正相关,而与土壤温度和饱和水汽压差呈线性负相关.库车白杏茎液流速呈明显的昼夜节律变化,雨天的茎流速率变化过程有较大的起伏震荡;茎液流速与空气温度、空气相对湿度和土壤温度呈线性正相关,而与太阳总辐射、饱和水汽压差和风速呈线性负相关.[结论]库车白杏茎直径日变化呈白天收缩,傍晚、夜间复原或膨胀,与空气相对湿度、空气温度、太阳总辐射、土壤水势、土壤温度和饱和水汽压差紧密相关;茎液流速日变化呈单峰型曲线,与空气温度、空气相对湿度、土壤温度、太阳总辐射、饱和水汽压差和风速紧密相关.
