开瑞坦联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘60例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the karry temple joint ketone for Finn treatment the clinical curative effect of infantile cough variant asthma. Methods 60 cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group using conventional foundation treatment, and combined with methadone for Finland;Based on observation group in the control group used karry temple for treatment;Two groups of treatment period for 3 months, after the evaluation of curative effect. Results Clinical observation group, the total effective rate was 90.00%, significantly higher than that in the control group 73.3%, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05);observation group number number of children with respiratory tract infection, asthma and cough time were significantly less than the control group, also have a statistically significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion Karry temple joint ketone for Finn treatment of infantile cough variant asthma clinical curative effect is distinct, and is worth popularizing in clinical use.%　　目的观察开瑞坦联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规基础治疗，并加用酮替芬；观察组在对照组基础上加用开瑞坦进行治疗；两组治疗周期均为3个月，治疗结束后评定疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.00%，显著高于对照组的73.3%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组患儿呼吸道感染次数、哮喘发作次数及咳嗽时间均显著少于对照组，差异亦均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论开瑞坦联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著，值得在临床推广使用。
