62例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的手术治疗方法及临床效果观察

Objective To study clinical effect of double reconstruction plate internal fixation treating humeral condylar comminuted fracture. Methods choose 62 cases humeral condylar comminuted fracture treated in our hospital as study objects, all patients were treated with double reconstruction plate internal fixation surgical treatment. Observe clinical curative effect of the patients.Results successful rate of the operation was 100%. Rate of being in good status was 85%for elbow joint function. Conclusion treating humeral condylar comminuted fracture with double reconstruction plate internal fixation has high successful rate with remarkable clinical treatment effect and satisfied recovery, which is worthy of being clinically spreaded.%目的：探讨肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折采用双重建刚板内固定手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的62例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用双重建刚板内固定手术进行治疗。对患者的临床疗效进行观察。结果所有患者手术均取得了成功，成功率为100%。患者肘关节功能评价优良率为85%。结论肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折采用双重建刚板内固定手术治疗，手术成功率高，患者恢复较好，临床治疗效果显著，值得临床广泛推广应用。
