脑出血后脑水肿发病机制研究进展

摘要

Objective to study the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage afterbrain edema.Method of blood - brain barrier,i schemia,thrombin,hemoglobin breakdown products,calcium overload in the cell,matrix metalloproteinases MMP-9,water channel protein to study the role of AQP4 free radical damage, etc.ResultsandConclusion the above factors is the main cause of cerebral hemorrhage afterbrain edema disease,there are some other factors,to master these reasons plays an important role in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage afterbrain edema.%目的：研究脑出血后脑水肿的发病机制。方法对血—脑屏障、缺血因素、凝血酶、血红蛋白分解产物、钙离子细胞内超载、基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9、水通道蛋白AQP4自由基损害的作用等方面进行研究。结果和结论上述因素是造成脑出血后脑水肿发病的主要原因，除此之外还有一些其它的因素，掌握这些原因对于脑出血后脑水肿的治疗具有重要作用。
