改良敷贴固定法在PICC置管患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨改良敷贴固定法在肺结核患者经外周置入中心静脉导管置管中的应用，预防和降低过敏性皮炎的发生，延长置管时间。方法随机将置管患者90例分为观察组和对照组。观察组56例采用改良敷贴固定法；对照组34例采用3M透明敷贴直接固定，比较两组患者过敏性皮炎发生率和置管时间。结果观察组效果优于对照组（P<0.01），两组患者有显著的统计学差异性。结论采用改良敷贴固定法可预防过敏性皮炎的发生和延长置管时间，提高患者满意度，减少护士工作量。%Objective To investigate the application of modiifed plaster ifxation method in the central venous catheter in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, prevent and reduce the occurrence of allergic dermatitis, prolong the time of placing tube.Methods 90 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In the observation group, 56 cases were treated with modiifed plaster immobilization method; the control group, 34 cases were treated with 3M transparent dressing, the incidence of allergic dermatitis and the time of catheter placement were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.01), the two groups had signiifcant statistical difference.Conclusion The modiifed application of the ifxed method can prevent the occurrence of allergic dermatitis and prolong the indwelling catheter time, improve patient satisfaction, reduce the workload of nurses.
