血液透析滤过在维持性透析患者高血压治疗方面的应用

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemodialysis ifltration therapy in maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital hemodialysis patients with hypertension in 30 cases as the research object, according to the time sequence of dialysis, divided into observation group and control group, observation group received treatment for hemodialysis, patients in the control group for regular dialysis treatment, compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients the.ResultsIn the observation group, the body related indicators were signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), and other indicators also improved signiifcantly.Conclusion For the patients with hypertension were treated during hemodialysis, hemodiaifltration by treatment can signiifcantly improve the patient’s physical condition, and effectively reduce the blood pressure, it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探究对维持性透析高血压患者采用血液透析滤过治疗的临床效果。方法随机抽取来本院治疗的维持性透析高血压患者30例作为研究的对象，根据行透析时间的先后，分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者接受的治疗方法为血液透析滤过，对照组患者为普通透析治疗，对两组患者的临床效果进行对比分析。结果观察组患者的身体相关指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其他各项指标也有明显改善。结论对维持性透析高血压患者施以治疗的过程中，采用血液透析滤过方法治疗可以明显改善患者的身体状况，同时有效降低血压，值得临床推广应用。
