品管圈在护理人员手卫生管理中的应用

     

摘要

Objective By QCC management activities, improving ICU nursing staff hand hygiene complianceMethods Through set up QCC, the selected topic, plans, the present situation investigation and by analysis, goal setting, parsing, formulate management measures for its implementation, compared before and after nursing staff to carry out the QCC hand hygiene compliance. Results To carry out quality control circle activities, nursing staff hand washing compliance increased from 72% to 98%, difference is statistically significant(χ2=19.780,P<0.01).Conclusion The application of quality control circle effectively improve the nursing staff to wash their hands at once, interventions for reference which can be promoted.%目的:通过品管圈活动,提高我院急诊内科护理人员手卫生依从性。方法通过成立品管圈、选定主题、拟定计划、现状调查及要因分析、设定目标、解析、制定实施管理措施,比较开展品管圈活动前后护理人员手卫生依从性情况。结果开展品管圈活动后,护理人员洗手依从性从由72%上升到98%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=19.780,P<0.01)。结论品管圈的应用有效提高了护理人员洗手依从性,干预措施可推广借鉴。
