优化后招飞脑电闪光诱发技术设备在脑功能鉴定中的应用研究

             

摘要

Objective:To investigate the function of postoptimality technical equipment of photic stimulative activa-tion (PSA)on identification of cerebral function,and to provide technology and methods to promoting efficiency of pilot selection of Air Force.Methods:Three thousand young applicants for pilot selection were examined by PSA in order to observe the PSA results with new or old technical equipment.Results:In identifying of EEG indexes of ‘photic driving’,‘multiple reaction’, ‘decimal reaction’, ‘abnormal brain wave’,photic evoking effect of ‘photic driving’by new technical equipment stimulating were significant excellent than that of old one in ‘abnormal EEG’and ‘marginal abnormal EEG’,but ‘multiple reaction’and ‘decimal reaction’in ‘abnormal EEG’only.The cerebral function can be classifi-cated and quantized by duration of ‘photic driving’.Conclusion:Technical equipment of PSA were useful to identify the marginal abnormal EEG and stability of cerebral function.%目的:研究优化后的脑电闪光诱发(PSA)技术设备对脑功能鉴定的作用,为提高空军招飞选拔的效率提供技术和方法。方法:采用 PSA 技术检查3000名参加空军招飞的应征青年,观察新旧技术设备对脑功能的鉴定效果。结果:在 PSA 鉴定的4项 EEG 指标“节律同化”“倍数反应”“小数反应”“异常脑波”中,新技术设备对“EEG 异常”和“EEG 边缘异常者的“节律同化”指标的诱发效果均提高显著;“倍数反应”和“小数反应”指标仅在确定为“EEG 异常”者中表现为显著提高;“节律同化”指标的持续时间可作为对脑功能分级的量化指标。结论:PSA 技术设备是鉴定“边缘异常”脑功能稳定性的有效方法。
