减少丝光羊毛在染色中的损伤

摘要

阐述了染色时氯化丝光羊毛发生损伤的原因以及染色工艺条件对丝光羊毛损伤的影响。控制染色工艺参数可减少丝光羊毛染色时的损伤，交链类羊毛保护剂对丝光羊毛有较好的保护作用。通过正交实验得出，染色的pH值对丝光羊毛的强力影响最大，其次是保护剂，次之是染色的温度，最后是染色的时间。%In this paper, we discussed the reason that chlorinated wool was damaged in the process of dyeing and the dyeing parameter influencing on the damage of chlorinated wool. The damage could be reduced by selecting suitable dyeing condition. The damage could be diminished by crosslinking protective agent .The sequence which parameters influenced on the strength of wool yarn was pH value,protective agent, temperature, time.
