羊毛的蛋白酶/壳聚糖生物整理研究

             

摘要

Variations of the amount and kinds of proteinase in c ombination with chitosan on effect of wool shrink-resistant were studied.The st rength and the dyeing ability of treated wool were tested.The wool surface was o bserved by electronic microscope.The results showed that the quantity of protein ase was related with its kind.If the amount of proteinase was controlled properl y,the satisfied shrink-|resistance of wool will be achieved with less strength loss.Treated with proteinase/chitosan,the dyeing ability of wool was improved,and the dyeing temperature was decreased.%探讨了与壳聚糖处理相配合的蛋白酶品种和用 量对羊毛毡缩性的影响,测试了对羊毛纤维强度和染色性的影响,通过电镜照片观察羊毛纤 维表面鳞片的变化情况。结果表明,蛋白酶的用量与品种有关,若用量控制适当,可使羊毛 纤维在损伤较少的情况下达到较好的防毡缩效果;用蛋白酶/壳聚糖处理后,可提高羊毛的 上染率,降低染色温度。
