影响翅果油树种子萌发及幼苗生长的土壤因素

摘要

为了找到解除翅果油树种子休眠的最佳方法，通过使用不同土壤和不同果皮处理方法对翅果油树种子进行处理，测定翅果油树种子萌发过程中抗氧化保护酶系、APX、ICL的活性，并测定了翅果油树幼苗的相关生长指标。结果表明：在乡宁和翼城甘泉林场土壤条件下，去除中果皮且不保留表皮毛处理能明显促进翅果油树种子的萌发和幼苗的生长。不同土壤处理下，乡宁和翼城甘泉林场的土壤对翅果油树种子的萌发有利，且土壤以翼城甘泉林场的为最优。%In order to ifnd out the optimal methods to breaking dormancy of Elacagnus mollis seeds, the activities of antioxidant enzyme, APX and ICL were determined and some related growth indexes of seedlings were analyzed under different soil conditions and different peel treatments. The results show that the treatment of removing mesocarp and epitrichoderm can signiifcantly promote seed germination and seedling growth of E. mollis in Xiangning and Ganquan Forest Farm of Yicheng. In different soil treatments, the soil conditions are suitable for germination of E. mollis seeds in Xiangning and Guanquan Forest Farm of Yicheng, and the soil conditions in Ganquan Forest Farm is the best.
