This paper introduces the network composition and realization of the intelligent blast furnace coal spraying, and solves the problems existing in the data exchange realized by the traditional blast furnace coal spraying control system adopting the method of physical connection. Practice has proved that this control system has high communication rate, stable data transmission, simple control circuit, and can further improve the automatic control level of the blast furnace coal spraying.%本文介绍了高炉喷煤智能控制系统的网络构成及实现,解决了传统高炉喷煤控制系统采用物理连接方式之间进行数据交换所存在的问题。实践证明,该控制系统通信速率高、数据传输稳定,控制线路简单,进一步提高了高炉喷煤的自动控制水平。
