基于ICR-CDIO的计算机卓越工程师人才培养模式研究

摘要

Aimming at the situation of the gap between theory and practice of computer students in colleges, in this paper the talent training mode based on IPO-CDIO is proposed. In the way of highlighting the training of students' practical ability, stimulating students' learning initiative, a series of teaching reform programs are implemented, and a lot of good results are achieved.%针对目前高校计算机专业人才培养偏理论,轻实践的现状,文章以计算机专业卓越工程师班为实例,建立了基于ICR-C DIO的人才培养模式,充分突出学生实践能力的培养,激发学生学习热情和主动性,提出了一系列教学改革方案,并在教学实践中得以实施,取得了良好的教学效果.
