科研管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要

文章阐述了系统开发的背景和意义，根据设计思想完成所有功能模块的实现，建设一个实用、高效的科研信息系统。系统建设的目标是建立网络化的科研管理平台和科研信息数据库，用现代化手段实现流程化办公。以学术论文、科研项目、案例研发为主线，优化科研数据采集流程和审核流程，有效加强科研管理部门的数据处理能力，提升科研管理的综合实力，提高与科研人员的交互效率。%The background and signiifcant of developing system was described in this paper,according to the design thought to complete all the realization of function module,to build a practical and efifcient scientiifc research information system.The goal of the construction of the system is to establish a network platform for the scientiifc research management and scientiifc research information database, use modern methods to realize routing ofifce.Based on thesis,research project,research and development case,optimizes the process of choosing data and audit,which can upgrade the data dealing capability and make the communication among researchers better.
