This article starting from the basic principle of ISAR imaging of maneuvering target ISAR imaging process provided a detailed analysis, time-frequency analysis method is applied to ISAR imaging of maneuvering targets, and its simulation study, obtained from the maneuvering target - instantaneous Doppler image. The results of simulation data and real data processing indicate, and the direct use of distance - Doppler algorithm compared to that obtained by the method ISAR image quality signiifcantly improved, thus indicating that the method has some reference in ISAR imaging engineering applications value.%文章从ISAR成像基本原理出发,对机动目标的ISAR成像处理过程作了详细的分析,将时频分析方法应用到机动目标ISAR成像中,并对其进行了仿真研究,得到了机动目标的距离—瞬时多普勒像。仿真数据和实测数据处理的结果表明,与直接用距离—多普勒成像算法相比,该方法得到的ISAR图像质量有明显的提高,从而说明该方法在ISAR成像的工程应用中具有一定的参考价值。
