武警部队“三级网”管理的问题与对策

摘要

The "three level network" is an important part of the construction of the "information superhighway"of Chinese Armed Police Forces(CAPF).This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the network security,applying the intelligent management method and training professional talents against the problems which include the management system,network security,operation and maintenance during the construction and management of the construction of the"three level network".%武警部队“三级网”是建设现代化武警“信息高速公路”的重要组成部分，文章针对武警部队“三级网”在建设管理过程中存在的管理体系、网络安全、运行维护等方面的问题，提出了在改进网络安全、运用智能化管理手段、培养专业人才方面提高“三级网”管理效能的对策建议。
