军队后勤软件建设成本控制方法研究

摘要

Based on actual military work, the paper estimated the size of the design and planning from a macro to micro project implementation were discussed. Cost control in the study based on the theory, summarized formed a military logistics software system construction cost control effective methodology.%结合军队实际工作，文章将规模估计从宏观的规划设计和到微观的项目实施进行了论述。在研究成本控制理论基础上，总结形成了对军队后勤软件系统建设成本控制行之有效的一套方法。
