论高原地区应急通信的保障措施

摘要

Article to plateau at the sudden stability maintenance department of emergency communication guarantee study. Through introduced the characteristics, development status and organizational procedures, let everybody understand the methods of emergency communication support in plateau areas, and for emergencies to to the fastest speed to establish emergency communication network are described in detail, and according to the existing equipment is not universal, forms of organization are not strict shortcomings proposed some suggestions and improvement scheme.%文章以高原地区处突维稳部门的应急通信保障为研究点，通过介绍其特点、现状、组织程序等，让大家了解高原地区应急通信保障的方式方法，并针对突发事件如何以最快速度建立应急通信网络做了阐述，并针对现有装备不通用、组织形式不严密等缺点提出若干建议、改进方案。
