机床电气故障检修实训装置的设计与实现

摘要

机床电气故障排除训练能够培养学生的综合技能。针对现有机床电气故障排除实训设备存在价格高、使用不便、故障率高等问题，设计了一个低成本、方便实用、故障率低、后期维护简便的电气故障检修装置。实践表明该实训装置能够满足日常教学和技能鉴定的需要。%Electric machine fault elimination training can cultivate students' comprehensive skills.
