A lot of attention to things to informatization project procurement, such as the requirements analysis, parameter setting, the contract specification are areas in need of special attention. This paper explores the notes from information of the project procurement process, which can serve as reference in the future information procurement.%信息化项目的采购中需要注意的事情很多，比如前期的需求分析，参数设定，合同规范等都是需要特别注意的地方。文章从信息化项目采购过程中的注意事项进行初步探索，进而能在以后的信息化采购中作为参考。
