CRH2型动车组四级修轴承检修工艺探讨

摘要

This article is based on failures statistical analysis in maintenance of the CRH2 EMU Bearings of the Third-level Overhaul. And with the Fourth-level Repairing Points of Order for the Fourth-level Overhaul of the CRH2 EMU Bearings issued by China Railway Corporation as a guide.In addition to this, learn from the Process Guidance Documents that issued by Qingdao Sifang Locomotive Co., Ltd. At last, proposed reasonable suggestions and reifned the Maintenance Process Documents for the Fourth-level Overhaul of the CRH2 EMU Bearings, which is carrying on in a short time.%文章基于上海动车在CRH2动车组三级修过程中轴承检修的故障进行统计分析，以铁路总公司下发的CRH2型车四级修规程为指导，借鉴学习了青岛四方公司的工艺指导性文件，对上海铁路局上海动车段即将进行的CRH2型车轴箱轴承四级修检修提出了合理化建议和对检修工艺进行了细化和补充。
