基于Access的新生录取报到系统的设计与开发

摘要

With the popularization and application of information technology, the number of colleges and universities welcome the management and information technology requirements of increasingly urgent. Mr Green Medical College Zhengzhou independently developed based on the report of admission Access system , this paper investigates the basis of Mr Green Medical College of Zhengzhou digital orientation system development , the orientation of the private colleges digital design, technical support, and the school based on the report of admission Access system design and development and implementation effects were described in detail ,the school on the basis of cost savings to achieve a new report on the management of convenient, efifcient , and improve work efficiency, improve the management and service levels. Digital orientation plays an important role in the construction of digital campus , through the discussion of this paper to digital private colleges and universities to inspire building orientation.%随着信息技术的普及应用，高校迎新管理工作的数字化、信息化要求日趋迫切。郑州澍青医学高等专科学校独立开发了基于Access的新生录取报到系统，文章在调研了郑州澍青医学高等专科学校数字迎新系统开发的基础上，对民办高校数字迎新设计理念、技术依托、及该校基于Access的新生录取报到系统的设计与开发及实施效果进行了详细阐述，该校在节约成本的基础上实现了新生报到管理工作的便捷、高效，提高了工作效率，提升了管理与服务水平。数字迎新在高校数字化校园建设中占有重要地位，通过文章的论述以期对民办高校的数字迎新建设工作有所启发。
