二次设备预制舱散热模式分析及控制策略研究

         

摘要

文章介绍并分析二次设备预制舱内部以空调作为主要散热器件的散热方案,并指出其中的不足,提出了空调与风机联动的散热模式,充分利用自然条件,在高温时段以空调作为散热器件,保障散热效果,在非高温时段,以风机作为散热器件,降低能耗,2种散热器件互为备份,在节能环保的基础上,提升了系统的可靠性。对多设备协同工作的控制策略进行了研究,给出了不同外部环境下的针对性的控制方法,实现了二次设备预制舱内部的高可靠、低功耗散热。%This article introduces and analyses the two internal cooling solution to air as the main equipment of prefabricated cabin cooling devices, and points out the limitations of the proposed cooling mode of joint air conditioning and fan, make full use of natural conditions in high temperature period to air as the cooling device, ensure the cooling effect, in the non high temperature period, with the wind as the cooling device, reduce energy consumption, 2 kinds of radiator pieces back up each other, based on energy conservation and environmental protection, enhance the reliability of the system. The control strategy of coordination equipment research, given the different external environment for the control method, realized two prefabricated high internal cabin equipment reliable , low power dissipation.
