现阶段大学生网络犯罪现状与防范对策

摘要

鉴于近年来网络技术的飞速发展，大学生群体中的网络犯罪案件也出现了上升的势头。怎样更好地预防与处置大学生群体的网络犯罪行为，已成为社会各界都十分关注的重大问题。文章在概述网络犯罪的基础上，分析了大学生网络犯罪现状，探讨了大学生网络犯罪的成因，并提出了防范大学生网络犯罪的几点对策。%In view of the rapid development of the network technology in recent years, cyber crimes among college students tend to be rising.How to better prevent and deal with the cyber crimes of college students has become a major issue of concern to all sectors of the community.Based on the overview of cyber crime, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' cyber crime,probes into its causes and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent college students' cyber crime.
