10 kV配电线路带负荷更换隔离开关的作业方法及安全对策分析

         

摘要

10kV线路隔离开关可简化为隔离开关,是配电网中的主要设施。由于受到多变的线路负荷及设施使用寿命的影响,因此需要经常更换其原来的隔离开关。隔离开关由于可作为重要的断开点,将不同用户间的资产分开而受到广泛使用。但考虑到安装具有一定难度且存在安全隐患等因素,一旦隔离开关出现问题,用户就要及时更换,通常技术人员都会先进行断电,然后将隔离管所带负荷切断,再进行开关更换的操作。为了避免检修断电给群众带来的困扰,使用带电带负荷的方法来更换隔离开关效果更好。%Isolating switch of 10kV line can be called as the isolating switch for short, which is the main facilities in the distribution network.Due to the inlfuence of varied line load and the service life of facilities, hence the isolation switch need frequently replaced.It is is widely used because isolation switch can be as an important disconnection point, which can separate assets from different users, but the dififculty of the installation and security risks cannot be ignored.Once there is a problem of isolation switch, users should replace in time, usually technicians will ifrst cut off the power, then is the isolation pipe load, and then then play the operation of changing the switch.In order to avoid problems such as power failure to the public brought by maintenance, the use of charged load method to replace the isolation switch is better.
