一种螺杆空压机群供气场合用气流量在线估计方法

摘要

In this paper,the pneumatic system is divided into three parts,i.e. the gas supply system, conveyor system and gas system, the running model of pneumatic system of screw compressor group is built, the online estimation method for demand lfow of gas system is proposed. How to dig out the demand lfow under gas system requirements pressure from gas lfow of gas supply system was studied in the case of gas pressure lfuctuations of screw compressor group Based on the concept of pneumatic system lfow demand and supply matching.%文章在提出气动系统流量供、需匹配控制理念的基础上及在螺杆空压机群供气压力波动的情况下，研究了如何从供气系统供气流量中挖掘出用气系统需求压力下的需求流量，这将对螺杆空压机群的节能运行有着重要意义。
