To explore the effects of "thirteen effective acupoints" in treating depression. Method: 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average. Treatment group were administered to the needling of "thirteen effective acupoints" by uniform reinforcing-reducing method. Control group were orally treated with tablets of fluoxetine. One course of treatment was 4 weeks, to observe the effects of both groups after one course of treatment. Result: After the treatment, there were improvements on psychological symptoms, mentality and somatization, etc in both groups, which showed significant differences compared with that before the treatment (P<0.05). The effects of treatment group were better than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Needling of "thirteen effective acupoints" in treating depression is effective, safe and with less adverse effects.%目的:观察针刺"十三鬼穴"治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组运用平补平泻针法针刺"十三鬼穴";对照组口服氟西汀片治疗,2组均治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效.结果:治疗后2组抑郁症患者的精神症状、心理、躯体症状等方面得到了改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:针刺"十三鬼穴"治疗抑郁症疗效显著,安全,副作用小.
