蒙药牛胆粉反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘要

采用梯度洗脱的反相高效液相色谱法(RPLC)，首次建立了10批不同产地、不同批次牛胆粉药材由17种成分组成的色谱指纹图谱。本研究所建立的牛胆粉RPLC指纹图谱从试样提取的精密度、稳定性、图谱重复性等方面均符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》中的有关规定，该方法具有重现性好，特征性强，方法简便、快速等特点，可用于牛胆粉药材真伪鉴别和质量评价。%chromatographic fingerprints of ten batches of NiuDanFen (Pulvis Billis Bovis) from different pro-ducing areas and different batches including 17 kinds of ingredients were initially established by adopting re-versed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC)with gradient elution. The accuracy, stability and fingerprint repeatability of fingerprint conformed to the regulations in Technical requirements of herbal injection fin-gerprint study, the method, reproducible, convenient and rapid, others, could be used in the differentiation and quali-ty assessment of NiuDanFen.
