某医院患者使用亚胺培南西司他汀钠情况分析

摘要

Objective:To offer clinical reference by investigating the use of impenem and cilastatin sodium for injection of inpatients in a hospital of Jingyuan Coal Industy Group. Methods:All 55 patients who were discharged from January to December, 2013, were given impenem and cilastatin sodium for injection and randomly selected from hospital system of Jingyuan Coal Industy Group. Basic condtions of the patients, the sorts of the infected dis-ease, etiological examination, the use of impenem and cilastatin sodium for injection and adverse reaction were in-vestigated and analyzed to assess the rationality of its use. Results:There were ten cases cured, 42 cases markedly ef-fective and three cases ineffective, total effective rate was 94.55%. Etiological examination rate was 90%, drug uti-lization index (DUI) was 0.78, and the dose of antibacterials was insufficient in parts of medical cases. Conclusion:Clinical use of imipenem and cilastatin sodium for injection is basically proper in a hospital of Jingyuan Coal Industy Group.%目的：了解靖煤某医院住院患者亚胺培南西司他汀钠的应用情况，以供临床参考。方法：随机在靖煤某医院系统中抽取2013年1～12月使用亚胺培南的出院患者病历55份，分析患者的基本情况、感染疾病的种类、病原学送检情况、亚胺培南的应用情况和不良反应等，并评价其使用的合理性。结果：10例痊愈，42例显效，3例无效，临床总有效率为94.55%。病原学送检率为90%，药物利用指数DUI为0.78，部分病历抗菌药物使用剂量不足。结论：靖煤某院亚胺培南西司他汀钠的临床应用基本合理。
