诺和锐特充联合黄芪四君子汤治疗妊娠期糖尿病110例

摘要

Objective: To explore clinical effects of insulin aspart injection combined with HuangQi SiJunZi decoction in treating gestational diabetes.Methods: All 220 patients were randomized into two groups,110 cases each group.The control group were treated by insulin aspart injection,while the observation group by HuangQi Si-JunZi decoction based on the therapy the control group accepted,both groups were treated for three months consecu-tively.Pregnancy outcome,the incidence of adverse reaction,the dosages of insulin and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard of both groups were observed.Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the compar-isons of the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and the dosages of insulin(P＜0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reaction of the observation group was 11.8％,lower than 36.4％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Total adverse outcome rate of the observation group was 21.8％,lower than 61.8％of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of adverse reactions such as neonatal hypoglycemia,hydramnion and pregnancy-in-duced hypertension,and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05).Conclusion: Insulin aspart injection com-bined with HuangQi SiJunZi decoction in treating the patients suffering gestational diabetes could shorten the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,reduce the dosage of insulin,decrease the incidence of adverse reaction and im-prove pregnancy outcome.%目的:观察诺和锐特充联合黄芪四君子汤治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效.方法:将220例患者随机分为2组,每组110例.对照组给予诺和锐特充治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予黄芪四君子汤治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月.观察2组患者血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量及不良反应发生率和妊娠结局.结果:血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).不良反应发生率观察组为11.8％,对照组为36.4％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).总不良结局率观察组为21.8％,对照组为61.8％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).新生儿低血糖、羊水过多、妊娠高血压综合征的发生率观察组低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:诺和锐特充联合黄芪四君子汤治疗妊娠糖尿病患者可缩短血糖达标时间,减少胰岛素用量,降低不良反应的发生率,改善妊娠结局.
