针对摩托车异种铝合金车架进行悬空TIG焊工艺研究.通过分析其焊接接头的微观组织、力学性能.通过对异种铝合金对接及搭接形式下的各种工艺的研究,优化了焊接工艺,得到了最佳的焊接工艺参数.试验结果表明,选用5A06焊丝为最佳填充材料.对接的最佳打底电流为160 A,盖面电流为150 A,焊接时间为80 s,具有最好的成形和力学性能.搭接打底焊和盖面焊电流均为170 A时,为最佳焊接电流,焊接时间为100 s,焊缝成形好,力学性能好.通过50 w次疲劳强度测试未出现裂纹.优化后的焊接工艺施焊于摩托车结构件,焊缝组织晶粒细小,致密,均匀,气孔缺陷评定达到I级标准.%The dissimilar aluminum alloy joining between ZL101A and 6082 aluminum alloy by tungsten inert - gas (TIG) welding was investigated , and the optimized parameters were determined. The results indicate that the aluminum LF6 is the best filler metal. The joint can pos-sess the best mechanical properties at the current of 160 A in the butt joint, and the optimum current is 170 A for the lap joint. No cracks are found in the joint after 50 w times fatigue test and the microstructure of the joint are uniform, compact and grains.
