石油、天然气管道焊接工艺现状及展望

         

摘要

文中针对目前,随着油气输运管道向大口径、厚壁及高压力等高效输运方向,以及管材从最初的碳素钢、C-Mn钢向高强微合金化控轧钢、调质钢以及具有较好耐腐蚀性能的合金钢方向发展的现状,分析了作为油气输运管道铺设施工过程的控制性工艺的焊接技术经历了焊条电弧焊、半自动焊和自动焊的发展历程.分析了常用的熔化焊和压焊工艺技术特点.同时,分析了激光焊、电子束焊等高能束焊接工艺方法和径向摩擦焊、搅拌摩擦焊等压焊工艺方法的技术特点,并展望了其在管道焊接中的应用前景.文章对管道焊接技术的分析对于推动管道焊接的发展具有重要意义.%With the development of oil and gas pipelines to large diameter, thick wall and high pressure, the materials of pipelines has developed form carbon steel, C- Mn steel to high strength microalloyed controlled rolling steel, quenched and tempered steel and alloy steel with good corrosion resistance. As the key process in construction of oil and gas pipelines, welding technologies experience the development course from manual arc welding, semiautomatic welding and automatic welding. The technological characteristics of the fusion arc welding and pressure welding commonly used in construction of oil and gas pipelines are analyzed. The technological characteristics of the high energy beam welding such as laser welding and electron beam welding and the pressure welding such as radial friction welding and friction stir welding were introduced and their application prospects were proposed in construction of oil and gas pipelines. The analyses on the welding technology have a great significance in promoting the development of welding technology in construction of oil and gas pipelines in China.
