药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊在核电站安全壳钢衬里的应用

             

摘要

安全壳钢衬里是核电站的重要屏障,采用先进高效的焊接方法可以极大地提高焊接质量和施工效率.文中以某核电工程为例,对钢衬里与背肋角钢间药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊的工艺要求、步骤、结果进行介绍.着重研究了工程中该方法的工艺难点和焊接变形防治,并对其焊接成本进行经济性分析,为国产药芯焊丝应用及核电站建造提供经验与技术参考.%The containment vessel is an important barrier of nuclear power plant, and an advanced and efficient welding method can greatly improve its welding quality and construction efficiency. By taking a nuclear power plant for example, the requirements, procedures and results of the flux - cored wire C02 arc welding process between containment vessel and steel angle were introduced. The process difficulties and prevention of welding deformations in construction were investigated, and the economy analysis on welding cost was carried out, which will provide a technical reference for domestic flux - cored wire applications and nuclear power plant constructions.
