金刚石钻头用浸渍钎料的性能分析

摘要

采用多种测试方法分析了JZ-2浸渍钎料的熔化温度、硬度、显微组织和抗拉强度以及钎料的润湿性.结果表明,该钎料综合性能优良,能很好地满足使用要求.%The melting temperature, hardness, microstructure and tensile strength and wettability of JZ-2 dipped brazing filler metal were investigated. The results showed that brazing filler metal has excellent comprehensive performance, and can meet the requirements in application.
