钎焊技术是人类最早使用的材料连接方法,具有5000多年悠久的历史.激光技术、仿生技术、数值模拟技术、纳米技术等高新技术与钎焊技术有机交叉或结合,出现了激光钎焊、仿生钎涂、钎焊过程模拟、纳米复合材料钎焊连接等新技术新方法,主要概述这几种钎焊连接技术的应用研究现状,希望能对相关领域的研究提供参考信息.%Brazing technology was one of the oldest methods in material joining, it has a history of about 5000 years. Laser technology, bionic technology, numerical simulation technology and nanotechnology were combined with brazing technology, many new technologies or methods appeared, for example laser brazing, bionic brazing coating, brazing process simulation, nanometer composite brazing joining etc. The research progress and application of laser brazing, bionic brazing coating, brazing process simulation and nanometer composite brazing joining were introduced, which would provide a reference for the related fields.
