电子皮带秤的物料重量测量是通过皮带进行的,所以皮带的物理性能对称量过程的影响是非常明显的,其中皮带张力被认为是对称量影响最大的因素之一。在输送同一物料的几条皮带输送机中选择哪一条安装电子皮带秤,以及在选定的某条皮带输送机上安装在什么位置上都需要考虑哪个位置上的皮带张力小和皮带张力变化小。本文最后列举了几个选择电子皮带秤安装位置的实例。%Measurement of materials weight by electronic belt weighers is carried out through the belt.
