山西省乡宁县鄂河城市河道治理工程效益分析

摘要

以山西省乡宁县鄂河河道治理工程为背景，论述了城市河流综合治理所采取的措施。重点对鄂河河道治理工程的实施所产生的生态、社会效益和工程资金筹措进行了分析，形成了人-城市-环境相协调的生态发展环境。%This paper based on the background of E River govern project of Xiangning County of Shanxi province , discuss-es the city river comprehensive management measures. Focus on the analysis of the ecological、social benefits and the fi-nancing by the implementation of the govern project of the river,formed a human-city-environmental coordinated develop-menting ecological environment.
