固定资产清查中存在的管理问题

摘要

Based on the corporation internal structure adjustment,the equipment change is bigger,in order to further regu-late and strengthen asset management,thoroughly understanding the barrel,clear management responsibility,the greatest degree play fixed assets efficiency,avoid the loss of state-owned assets,to the organization to conduct a comprehensive in-ventory of assets. The inventory process found management problems and puts forward the improvement measures,improve the asset management efficiency and level.%针对单位内部机构调整，设备变动较大，进一步规范和加强资产管理，摸清家底，避免国有资产流失，最大程度发挥固定资产的效益。现就清查过程中发现的管理问题，提出改进的措施以提高资产管理工作的效率和水平。
