唐山市区河道生态治理工程综合效益分析

         

摘要

通过开挖新的连接渠和现有河道沟通,形成由陡河、李各庄河、新开河、青龙河、南湖组成的河河相连及河湖相通的生态水循环体系。充分利用城市污水处理厂中水做景观用水水源,循环使用,自然净化,达到灌溉水质标准,退水到下游渠道,用于灌溉。简述唐山市区河道生态治理工程概况,重点分析工程实施后的城市防洪、灌溉等经济效益及生态、社会等综合效益;建设资金的来源与支付能力分析,明确给出工程经济分析结论。%Through excavating the new connecting canal communicate with existing channel, formed river connect with river, and river communicate with lake ecological water cycle system which by Dou River, Ligezhuang River, Xinkai Riv-er, Qinglong River and South lake. Make full use of the reclaimed water from city wastewater treatment plant as landscape water,by recycling use and natural purification, achieve the irrigation water quality standard and then recession flow to the downstream channel for irrigation. This paper briefly resume engineering situation of Tangshan city river channel ecological administration project, emphatically analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the project after the implementation in the city, such as the economy benefie, lihe flood control and irrigation, and ecological, social benefit; analysis the source of con-struction funds and the ability to pay, draw the project economic analysis conclusion.
