This experiment was mainly conduced to pro cess the alcohol and molasses waste water under the CRI system. The result indicated, when W/D Ratios is 1:1, irrigating time is 3 hour; hydraulic loading is 1.5~3.0m3/m2·d, the processing effect is best. If COD density of entering the water is smaller than 300mg/L, the removal rates of COD will be more than 80%, the removal of sulphate will be above 44%,and the removal rates of color will come up to 50%. But along with COD density of the entering water raising, the COD, sulphate, and the removal rates of color will drop slowly. But if the COD density surpasses 2500mg/L, system biomembrane will lose the degeneration function, only the independent machinery filtration.%针对CRI系统处理糖蜜酒精废水进行了研究,确定湿干比1∶1,配水时间3h,负荷1.5~3.0m3/m2·d时,试验效果较好。在进水COD浓度小于300mg/L时,COD的去除率达到80%以上,硫酸盐去除率44%以上,色度去除率50%以上,但随着进水COD浓度的升高,COD、硫酸盐、色度等去除率缓慢下降,当COD浓度超出2500mg/L时,系统的生物降解作用消失,仅存单独的机械过滤。
