Analysed and compared a variety of soft starting device of high voltage asynchronous motor, especially com-bined with the real conditions of the RYZQ high pressure dry soft starting device that has a highest cost performance and smallest covering area.%对多种高压异步电机的软起动装置进行了分析比较，特别是结合取水泵站的现实条件，最终选择了性价比最高，占地最小的RYZQ高压干式软起动装置。
