迁安市“十二五”时期水资源开发利用对策研究

摘要

It present the situation of exploitation and uti lization of water resources in Qian’an,from the sides of water utilization structure,water supply structure,water usage level and so on. It find the problems existed in exploitation and utilization of water resources,that are low efficiency of water,significant contradiction between water supply and water demand,weaknesses water facilities,unreasonable water supply structure and so on,then puts forwards countermeasures of continuable using on water resource in Qian’an aimed at the problems above to ensure continuable using on water resource of Qian’an,and avoid that water resource became an bottleneck restricting the economic development in Qian’an.%从供水结构、用水结构、水资源开发利用程度等方面，分析了迁安市水资源开发利用的现状，在此基础上指出了水资源开发利用中存在的利用效率不高、供需矛盾日渐凸显、水利基础设施老化失修、供水结构不合理等问题，进而提出了迁安水资源可持续利用的对策，避免让水资源匮乏变成束缚迁安市经济发展的软肋。
