辽东山区中小型水库防洪调度及应急抢险策略

摘要

A case study of Liaodong Fushun in this article, existing problems of flood dispatching and emergency rescue of small and medium-sized reservoir in Liaodong area are discussed. The purpose is to achieve more flood control benefit and offer reference to reduce flood damage.%以辽东抚顺市为例，对数量众多的辽东山区中小型水库的防洪调度及应急抢险策略等问题进行了探讨，以期取得更大的防洪效益，为降低洪涝灾害损失提供参考和借鉴。
